I love finding great new beauty products but I would rather skip right to the great buys than sift through the numerous so-so or bad products to get to the ones that I love. Whenever I’m in the market for a new product, I try to run through a few of my favorite blogs to see what is working for other girls. That way, I save myself some time and some money by not buying things that don’t work very well. Sometimes I’ll even take inspiration from some of the brands they use and find products that are more to my taste. For example, in one post I read that the Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Hair Mist leaves a citrus-rose trail for your hair and fits in your purse for on-the-go. I then decided to find a Chanel fragrance that resonated with me. They have such a diverse range, there really is something for everyone. That being said, I thought I would do a little beauty product update. I did a makeup tutorial a while back, (here), and a few of these are repeats (BECAUSE I AM OBSESSED WITH THEM), but I’ve included a few new products here.

I included individual pictures of a few of my new favorite things – the Tarte lip scrub I use every night right before I go to bed and I wake up with super soft lips that don’t crack or peel during the day. The Neutrogena face wipes work better than any other brand that I have used to get ALL the makeup off at the end of the day, and as a bonus, they smell great, are good for my sensitive skin and they are much less expensive than some of the other brands. The butterLondon nail strengthener, called “Horse Power,” I just recently started using, but my nails have already grown so quickly! It’s been about a week and a half that I have been using it and they are longer and seem less prone to breakage.
