Throw a good trench over a dress, a skirt and a loose, long sleeve top, or cutoff jean shorts and a white t-shirt and it will all look great.  There is just something about a trench coat that is so classic and classy.  Of course, everyone thinks of THIS when they think of a good trench coat, but there are so many updated versions of this classic outerwear that really deserve to be incorporated into your wardrobe.  Perfect for spring, cooler evenings, traveling, and (duh) rain.  Speaking of rain, I have been on the hunt for one of those big clear umbrellas, and I found the PERFECT one here for only $17!!!!  I also found this one, which is terribly cute as well, and still only $38.

I put together a LookBook of updated versions of the classic trench coat below – perfect for spring and even into summer, as most of them are lightweight!  And the majority of them are less than $100.
