Casual Friday’s in the Finance and Legal worlds that I work in are never actually very casual. I am always looking for ways that I can get away with wearing jeans and still looking dressed up enough for work.
These black Madewell jeans have quickly become my favorite and, with the right outfit, can look presentable enough to wear to work on Friday’s. A crisp and professional button-down under my OH-SO-COMFY Charles River Apparel pullover churches up the outfit a little and with some black heels and some bling, I am comfortable AND ready for a last minute client meeting.

I think I need a pair of these jeans… I’ve been loving the other jeans you’ve recommended! I love this whole outfit, never really understood the pullovers with the partial zip, but this looks awesome!
Madewell makes great jeans for little bodies. And they do FREE alterations. FREE! Now, granted since I have gotten married I have gained a little weight, so it is not quite as hard for me to find jeans anymore. (I eat when I’m happy and eat nothing when I’m unhappy – oh well).
