I love the romantic, ethereal qualities of a flowing white dress on the beach. It always reminds me of the pictures of princesses or heroines in the books that I used to read when I was little. The stitching on the dress is so intricate – a friend of mine even mentioned that she would have worn this as her wedding dress. The top is thick and lined, and the bottom is sheer and lightweight, although it is lined to about mid-thigh. My mother is quite the seamstress and she mentioned to me that it would be super easy to line the entire skirt portion if I wanted to.
I linked this exact dress both here, and below, and I also found a number of other great white beach dresses. I couldn’t find this exact hat online, but I linked to a few similar options below. As you can see by this dress, the back is open and the straps are thin, as a woman, it is very hard to not wear a bra! Luckily Rank & Style have a top 10 list of strapless bras for every woman’s needs.
I am so grateful to have been able to take this vacation – it’s been a wonderful blessing to take a break and spend some good time with Nick!
XOXO – Em
