I am a sucker for all things hair care. I love trying different shampoos on the market, and seeing what works best for my hair. From kms shampoo to different conditioners, it’s all about finding what works best for you. However, some days, I just wake up and do not have the energy to wash my hair. So I rely on dry shampoo. I have tried about a million different dry shampoos. There are ones that I have liked, ones I have loved and ones that I have absolutely hated. Out of all of the brands I have tried, Not Your Mother’s Dry Shampoo is BY FAR the best value.

First of all, it is light and airy and leaves no sticky residue whatsoever. It comes out white, like most, but fades very quickly. Some brands I have tried before stay white for ages and you basically have to use water to get it out, or it leaves little white flakes or a sticky residue. This one does none of that. Secondly, the price is amazing, (I normally buy it at Ulta for $5.99), and the entire bottle lasts AGES! I do not skimp on the amount that I use and it takes me forever to get through a bottle.

Ideally, I like to wash my hair every other day. In my experience, my hair stays healthier longer if I don’t wash it every single day, and dry shampoo helps me stretch one wash to the next.
